Volunteer Role Description
If you enjoy wrapping parcels this is the volunteer role for you. Our e-commerce team is looking for volunteers to assist with the packaging and dispatching of items sold through our eBay shop. The items to be wrapped can range from delicate pottery or clothing to larger items such as guitars!
The role based at Holywells Retail Centre has varying hours to suit from Monday to Saturday.
The role based at Bramford Road has varying hours to suit from Monday to Friday.
The role based at Gorleston Warehouse has hours to suit on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
You will need to be able to:-
- Respond to queries from customers in a timely manner.
- Package items securely/to a high standard
Volunteers will be supported of by a line manager within a dedicated team. Full training will be given.
St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
