Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of our courses. This enables us to offer any available spaces to those who are on our waiting list. All courses are subject to change or cancellation when suitable notification will be provided.
Important Information – due to the high numbers of delegates failing to attend these sessions previously, we have reluctantly decided that any delegate failing to notify training@hospiceeducation.org.uk before the event, or as soon as is reasonably practicable, that they are unable to attend, will be excluded from the following two sessions.
It is important for Hospice Education that we are able to include everyone with different backgrounds and make the education experience accessible for all. If you have any special requirements or need any reasonable adjustments to be made please email training@hospiceeducation.org.uk in advance of attending the training.
Any other queries should also be directed to the email address above.
